Service and Technical Support
Full and comprehensive training is provided on installation. Training will consist of a 2 hour session for a group of up to 8 people covering equipment overview, operation and use, cleaning and preventative maintenance.
Exceptional care is paid to machine set up, specifically to customers menu choice and chosen beans
Technical backup and call-out is available 7 days a week
Full service is carried out annually or every 30-40,000 drinks for automatic or traditional machines
We provide water treatment, filter change, pressure testing and boiler service throughout the machines life cycle
